SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase.
Shipping Timeframes Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Total estimated delivery time from order placement is 6–13 business days.
Please note that during high-volume periods — including holidays and promotional sales — processing and delivery times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any known delays.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the most efficient routing available.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for live tracking information to appear.

Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on all orders of 3 or more bottles within the contiguous United States.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not fully satisfied with your results — for any reason — within 60 days of your purchase date, we will issue a full refund of the product price.
This guarantee exists because we know the Salivary Shield formula takes 4–8 weeks to show its full effect. We want you to have enough time to see real results before making any judgment.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a refund under our 60-Day Guarantee:
- Your purchase must have been made within the last 60 days
- The product must have been used as directed (one scoop daily)
- One return per household per product
Unopened, unused product is also eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging.
How to Initiate a Return To start your return, please email us at support@furpawss.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include the following:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- A brief note on your experience (optional but appreciated)
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with your return instructions.
Do Not Return Without Contacting Us First Packages returned without prior authorization may not be processed and could result in delays or ineligibility for a refund. Please always email us first.
Refund Processing Once your return is confirmed and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@furpawss.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Lost or Stolen Packages Furpawss is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your building management. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
If your package is lost in transit (no delivery confirmation after the estimated delivery window), contact us at support@furpawss.com and we will arrange a replacement shipment.
