At Furpawss, every order is backed by our 60-Day Empty Bottle Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your results for any reason within 60 days of your purchase date, we will issue a full refund of the product price.
Eligibility
- Purchase must be within the last 60 days
- Product must have been used as directed
- One return per household per product
- Unopened product eligible for return within 30 days of delivery
How to Request a Return Email support@furpawss.com with subject line "Return Request" and include your full name, order number, and email address used at checkout. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not send returns without contacting us first.
Refund Processing Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.
Damaged or Defective Items Contact us at support@furpawss.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost.
Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will arrange a replacement shipment at no charge.
